Our neighborhood leadership project is aimed at spotlighting landmarks in Reading.
The idea was developed by a team of city neighborhood leaders that includes Adonis Fleming, a project manager and graduate assistant with Alvernia University’s O’Pake Institute, and Lucy Cortez, COO of Neighborhood Housing Services.
