FASTRAC Virtual Classes

Want to buy a home and don’t know where to begin? Join the NHS Virtual First-Time eight (8) hour  Fastrac Homebuyer Class that allows interested first-time homebuyers the opportunity to understand the steps in the homebuying process., available for FREE twice a month in both English and Spanish. Register for FASTRAC

Families who complete the FastTrac Homebuyer Education Class can receive guidance in applying for downpayment assistance.  There are special programs at the local, state and federal level which provide loans to qualified families to help them purchase a home. These funds can be applied toward your closing costs or to your down payment to lower your monthly payments and make them more affordable.

Self Pace Classes

If you cannot make it to one of our live classes, you can complete it online via Ehome America. They can be completed online, in English or Spanish. eHome America is designed to take 6-8 hours and can be completed at your own pace, using a log-in and password to start and stop at your convenience.

  1. Go to www.ehomeamerica.org
  2. Register
  3. Select state (PA) and County (your County)
  4. Select Homebuyer Education Course
  5. Select NHS of Greater Berks (if you do not select NHS, we will be unable to issue a copy of your Certificate via email upon completion)
  6. Create account and pay fee $135
  7. Answer the questions to finish registration. Some may not be applicable > Start course
  8. Upon completion contact Carmen Labrador at clabrador@nhsgb.org or Daniel Sansary at dsansary@nhsgb.org to receive your certificate via email
