To access your account, you’ll need two things:

• Your loan number (in your statements that were mailed in December of 2020) and,
• A PIN number, which is the last 4 digits of your SSN. If you cannot remember it, you may choose to reset your password online. Neither NHS nor the Servicing Department will ever reset anyone’s PIN.

You may make your payment via ACH, EFT, credit and debit.

• If you are sending payment via credit and debit, there is a processing fee of 2.49% of your payment + $0.25 that you will be charged along with your payment. If your payment was $50.00, 2.49% = $1.25 + $0.25 = $1.50 to pay online. Surcharge will depend on payment amount being made.
• If you are setting up ACH via the web portal, you will be charged a surcharge of $0.50 in addition to your payment.
